Return & Exchange Policy


At Rarree, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Ready-to-Wear

Returns & Exchanges We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for all ready-to-wear pieces, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is free from stains, perfume, or any signs of use
  • The request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date

How to Initiate a Return Email us at team@rarree.com or WhatsApp us at 9773947470 with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.


Custom & Made-to-Order

No Returns or Exchanges All custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted exclusively for you based on your chosen measurements, fabrics, and design preferences. As such, these orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Double-check all measurements before confirming your order
  • Review your design selections carefully — fabric, embroidery, and colour choices are final once confirmed
  • Reach out to us before placing your order if you have any queries

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will offer a free alteration, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased using store credit
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Accessories (jewellery, etc.)
  • Items that have been altered by a third party

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Size Exchanges

If a ready-to-wear piece doesn't fit, we offer a one-time size exchange subject to stock availability. If the required size is unavailable, we will issue store credit of equal value.


Important Notes

  • Returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt
  • Rarree reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above
  • This policy applies only to orders placed on www.rarree.com
