Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Rarree. We strive to get our unique collections into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within [3-5] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
Rarree currently ships to addresses within the [List Countries, e.g., US, Canada, UK].

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Rarree is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at team@rarree.com within [48 hours] of delivery.
Please note: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as photos are usually required for processing.
6. Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us. Rarree is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
